China and ASEAN Region: Dickinson Wright’s China and ASEAN team focuses on foreign direct investment into North America from China, Taiwan, and the ASEAN region of south-east Asia. India:  Dickinson Wright’s India practice team not only helps clients navigate business in India, but we provide strategic legal counsel to Indian companies looking to expand or establish operations in the United States and Canada. We have extensive corporate, regulatory, and transactional experience in assisting clients with foreign direct investments, the formation of wholly foreign-owned enterprises, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and the full range of commercial dealings. Our clients’ interests are covered from “A to Z” right from company formation, employment and immigration, business acquisitions, intellectual property protection, and litigation.  In addition to looking after our clients’ interests in the courts, we have appeared in arbitrations, and even defended depositions of our clients in India.
