Dickinson Wright has opened a new office in Seattle through its combination with Ashbaugh Beal. This marks the firm’s first location in the Pacific Northwest and adds a team of eleven attorneys with substantial experience in construction, corporate, real estate, and litigation matters.
Leading this impressive team are esteemed Members Joe Campos, Robert Marconi, Richard Skalbania, Aaron Thomson, Christopher Ferrell, and Brittany Rivers. Enhancing our capabilities, Emily Douglas and Matthew Runkel will join us as Of Counsel, while Khalid Aziz, Emily Krueger, and Kristen Moran will contribute as Associates. Additionally, the firm welcomes three dedicated paralegals and five support staff, all committed to providing top-notch service.
“We are thrilled to announce our combination with Ashbaugh Beal and the opening of our Seattle office,” said Michael C. Hammer, CEO of Dickinson Wright. “This exceptional team of attorneys is ideally suited to meet the needs of Seattle’s dynamic and rapidly growing economy and thriving business community. With many of our clients actively engaged in the vibrant Northwest market and building upon the momentum of our already strong presence in the western United States, this is the perfect moment for Dickinson Wright to deepen our commitment to Seattle’s flourishing business community. We look forward to growing alongside the region’s leading industries and providing expanded resources through our national platform. Additionally, given our large Canadian presence and our robust international practices, this combination will uniquely position DW to expand our collective services, given that the State of Washington borders Canada, and Seattle is considered a gateway to Asia. Besides all the business benefits, our new Seattle colleagues are a natural cultural fit, and will enhance our collective strategic vision and collaboration across all offices.”
“We are genuinely excited to join Dickinson Wright and extend the firm’s presence into the heart of Seattle,” added Joe Campos. “Our ambition has always been to expand our client service capabilities and market reach, while at the same time preserving and honoring our Pacific Northwest roots, culture and focus. Dickinson Wright’s unique approach to integrating local law firms into a national platform combined with their extensive expertise and depth in the areas we practice, including in the technology and intellectual property sectors, aligns perfectly with our ambition. By joining forces with Dickinson Wright, we gain access to a broader, highly respected platform that will enhance our ability to serve our clients, expand our offerings, and open new opportunities for growth. We look forward to leveraging the firm’s deep bench of talent and expansive resources to better meet the evolving needs of all our clients, not only in the Pacific Northwest, but across the country as well.”
