
Aaron Thomson has nearly 20 years of experience serving as outside general counsel to privately held businesses, executives, and entrepreneurs, with a focus on real estate finance, acquisition, and development. His practice covers a wide range of transactional work, including corporate governance, corporate finance, funds and syndications, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder disputes, and general contracting. In addition to his legal practice, Aaron also teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington School of Law. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys golf, travel, hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with his wife, two kids and dog.
