
Emily Douglas is a real estate attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Seattle office, focusing her practice on real estate finance, acquisitions, and sales. With over a decade of experience, Emily represents lending institutions and privately held real estate developers in a wide range of transactions. She has extensive experience with the origination, administration, and restructuring of real estate secured loans, including construction loans, mezzanine financing, and syndicated lending across diverse asset classes. In addition to her finance and transactional work, Emily advises clients on corporate matters and issues related to common ownership communities.
