Robert Marconi focuses on construction law and litigation, with extensive experience in public and private contracts, bid disputes, and claim and dispute resolution. He has handled complex construction-related issues across the Western United States, including multi-million-dollar claims involving both public and private owners.

Robert has successfully defended high-value bids, including a $130 million bid and a $200 million bid on major public projects, where he resolved bid protests for his clients. He emphasizes mediation and alternative dispute resolution as effective methods for resolving construction disputes, but also has the experience to pursue litigation when necessary.

He is active in the construction industry, serving on the board of the AGC of Washington’s Education Foundation and engaging with trade associations such as AGC of Washington and NUCA of Washington.

Robert’s goal is to provide efficient, effective solutions to construction disputes, and he works closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
