Shauna L. Norton

Shauna Norton focuses her practice primarily on intellectual property law with an emphasis on establishing, protecting and defending trademark and copyright rights, both foreign and domestic, and on the internet.

Shauna brings nearly two decades of experience and advises clients in all aspects of brand development, trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. She has represented clients in trademark, copyright and domain name disputes, as well as in trade opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Shauna has significant experience negotiating and preparing trademark licenses, assignments, settlements, and coexistence agreements. She also negotiates and drafts a variety of entertainment contracts on behalf of entertainment and hospitality clients.
