Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Shauna L. Norton has joined the firm’s Las Vegas office as Of Counsel.
Ms. Norton practices primarily in intellectual property law with a focus on establishing, protecting and defending copyright and trademark rights, both foreign and domestic, and on the Internet. She advises clients in all aspects of brand development, protection, and enforcement. She has represented clients in trademark, copyright and domain name disputes, as well as in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also has experience negotiating and preparing trademark licenses, assignments, settlements, and coexistence agreements.
Ms. Norton is a member of the International Trademark Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Clark County Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Public Education Foundation. She is recognized as a leader in her field by Mountain State Super Lawyers “Rising Star”. Ms. Norton received her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law.
