Andrea L. Arndt is a member in Dickinson Wright’s Austin office who advises companies—from startups to global organizations—on building, managing, and enforcing intellectual property portfolios. She works across a range of technologies, including medical devices, software, gaming, industrial and consumer products, and e-commerce platforms, helping clients align their IP strategy with broader business goals.
Andrea has extensive experience handling global portfolios and cross-border matters, including prosecution, branding, licensing, transactions, and enforcement in numerous jurisdictions. She also represents clients in post-grant proceedings and litigation, and regularly advises on due diligence, freedom-to-operate analyses, and the commercialization of IP assets.
