
Alexandra Crandall focuses her practice on civil appeals and business immigration. In her appellate work, Alex represents clients before the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Alex has considerable experience writing briefs, petitions for special action, petitions for review, and other appellate filings in a variety of areas, including civil litigation, employment law, constitutional law, municipal law, domestic relations, eminent domain, and tribal law. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jennifer B. Campbell at Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she assisted in resolving civil, criminal, employment benefits, family, juvenile, and special action matters. Alex also externed with the Honorable Bridget S. Bade (now a Ninth Circuit judge) at the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
Alex’s immigration practice centers on assisting employers in acquiring and retaining a foreign national workforce. Alex is well-versed in an array of non-immigrant classifications, including H-1B specialty occupations, TN USMCA professionals, E-2 treaty investors, and O-1 individuals with extraordinary achievements. She also has experience with immigrant petitions, including PERM labor certifications, EB-1A extraordinary ability, EB-1B outstanding researchers, and EB-1C multinational managers.
