Alexandra Crandall recently authored an article, “Doing Justice to Words: Alan Page’s Legacy of Excellence,” published by the American Bar Association’s Judicial Division, Appellate Issues. In her article, she discusses Justice Page’s inspiring career, which has motivated many. "As a jurist, Justice Page approached each written decision meticulously to ensure clarity—for the public, the bar, and his fellow judges—and to do ‘justice to the words. ’ Justice Page considered every single word in every sentence, every sentence within each paragraph, and so on, to ensure that the phrasing of his decisions was correct," Alex says.
