He also acts as general counsel for employment and litigation matters for foreign companies operating in the United States, including employers headquartered in Japan, Korea, China, Germany, and the United Kingdom. David serves as internal employment counsel for Dickinson Wright, representing the firm in labor and employment matters and counseling the firm on human resource issues. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
