Sara Jodka was recently quoted in the SHRM article, “Make Inclusion an Operational Strategy, Not a Standalone Program.” The article explains the basis of SHRM’s BEAM (Belonging Enhanced by Access through Merit) framework, which emphasizes the importance of utilizing inclusion initiatives as an operational strategy rather than a separate program.
