Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that it has launched a High-Growth Companies Practice within its Canadian Transactions Practice Group.
The High-Growth Companies Practice will assist startup companies to scale and operate within their limited budgets quickly. These companies are working to bring new products or services to the market or disrupt an existing one, which gives them an opportunity if they can take advantage of it.
Dickinson Wright’s team will work with clients to help them take advantage of their opportunities with rapid legal services calibrated to suit their needs and keep up with their demands while not breaking the bank. “The traditional law firm model doesn’t work very well for High-Growth Companies, so we’re starting this practice group to provide the necessary legal services on an expedited basis to support their company’s life cycle at discounted and flat-rate fees,” says Matt McLeod, Partner.
“What differentiates our early stage client offering is access to over 500 legal professionals practicing in 23 offices across North America, Matt and his team can provide clients truly integrated cross border solutions as they grow their businesses,” added Mark Redinger, Partner and Canada Transactions Practice Group Chair.
The High-Growth Companies Practice operates out of Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office and leverages Dickinson Wright’s extensive network throughout the United States. The team consists of lawyers with backgrounds in corporate, transactional, intellectual property, employment, and taxation services.
