Patent Examiner Interviews Now Hard To Get,” about the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's new policy that has resulted in fewer patent examiner interviews due to stricter criteria. "We just lost out on the opportunity to talk to the examiners, whereas before we had the freedom to talk to them more or less as often as we wanted to and as often as they were willing to talk to us."
