He focuses his practice in the area of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation, with a concentration in corporate Chapter 11 reorganizations, insolvency related litigation, complex business disputes and state law assignment proceedings. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Perlman received his B.A. from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
