Tyler is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He advises private and institutional clients on a range of matters, including shareholder disputes, contract enforcement, employment issues, debt and mortgage recovery, commercial leasing disputes, and residential real estate litigation.
Tyler has advocated for his clients through private mediation, arbitration, and before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
He works with clients at every stage of a dispute, from early risk assessment and pre-litigation strategy through courtroom advocacy, providing practical guidance to help them resolve issues efficiently.
