He has handled patent and trademark prosecution matters for clients before the USPTO in a wide range of industries, and has handled inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as well as appellate work before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
