Nicholas Mercado is a litigator in Dickinson Wright’s Troy office, where he represents clients in a range of commercial disputes. He focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals navigate complex legal issues with clarity and precision. Nick approaches each matter with a practical mindset, working to understand his clients’ goals and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
Nick has been actively involved in all stages of litigation, including mediation, depositions, and trial preparation. This hands-on experience has sharpened his understanding of procedural strategy and client advocacy, along him to anticipate issues and contribute meaningfully to case development and resolution.
Nick is admitted to practice in Oregon and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and his bar admissions are pending in Michigan and Washington. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals efficiently.
