
Khalid Aziz is a litigation attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Seattle office, where he focuses his practice on construction and insurance-related disputes. He represents contractors in both public and private matters, including claims against public owners for failure to meet contractual obligations, disputes involving surety bonds, and conflicts between contractors resolved through arbitration and mediation. Khalid also handles bid protests and proceedings involving Washington’s Department of Labor & Industries.
In addition, Khalid advises policyholders on liability, property, and builder’s risk insurance matters, including disputes involving insurer bad faith. He advocates for clients facing denied or limited coverage, prolonged investigations, or other insurer practices that fail to honor policy obligations. Khalid resolves disputes through close client collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering cost-effective, tailored solutions.
