Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Ryan Chesnut has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.
Ryan assists clients with tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and other business law matters. In particular, he counsels companies on state and local tax planning; tax and financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions; and defends clients in tax audits, notices, assessments, and other inquiries.
Ryan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Ryan received his B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
