She is a member of Dickinson Wright’s Intellectual Property group where she focuses her practice in the areas of trademarks and copyrights. In addition to assisting clients with the registration of copyrights and with drafting and negotiating copyright agreements, she assists clients with the selection, clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks in the United States and abroad. She is a member of the International Trademark Association and is recognized by World Trademark Review, Best Lawyers in America®, Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars, and Southwest Super Lawyers.
