Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Elias has joined the firm’s Troy office as an Associate.
Kaitlyn focuses her practice on real estate, landlord tenant, and commercial litigation, as well as marijuana and industrial hemp and telecommunications. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. She is an active member of the Building Owners Management Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Detroit Bar Association. Kaitlyn is also a certified mediator.
Kaitlyn is recognized as a leader in her field by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch,” Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars, and DBusiness Top Lawyers. She received her B.A. from Western Michigan University and her J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Prior to starting her practice in Michigan, Kaitlyn completed a clerkship at the High Court of American Samoa.
