Frank Borger Gilligan was recently quoted in Benzinga’s article, “Brock Pierce on New Potential SEC Guidelines for NFTs.” A new SEC petition requesting more concise NFT regulations has been filed to resolve the ambiguity surrounding NFT projects, art, collectibles, media, gaming, and beyond. “I think what people want to see is clarity and certain assurances from the SEC.
