Jacob Frenkel was recently quoted in a Financial Times Agenda article, "SEC Plans to ‘Take the Noose Off’ Boards in 2026," which discusses an SEC shift where boards should continue to ensure their compliance departments are up to date and monitor regulatory changes. "The commission will be looking for ways to take the noose off from around the neck of corporate boards. This could include initiatives that Atkins believes will encourage boards to innovate and grow companies," said Jacob.
