Join Dickinson Wright Lawyers Brenda Swick and Dan Ujczo for the Canada-United States Law Institute’s 40th Anniversary Conference “Cooperation and Conflict: International Trade, Investment, and Cross Border Disputes” on April 7-8, 2016 at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
The 2016 Annual Conference of the Canada-U.S. Law Institute will bring together law, policy, business, and government experts from both countries to explore this deep and nuanced bond between two countries, particularly with respect to recent developments in trade and investment. The emerging mega-regional and other multi-lateral trade agreements present a host of challenges, including intellectual property, agriculture, investor-state dispute resolution, and natural resources, among others.
