Join Attorney Scott Petz for the First Annual 2016 Fall eDiscovery Symposium, presented by ACEDS Detroit Chapter, on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
Mr. Petz will be speaking on a panel regarding Technology Assisted Review (TAR) Utilization & Current Case Law with fellow panelists Jay Yelton and Thomas Isaacs. The program will also cover a wide range of topics including ethics, information governance and cybersecurity.
Judge Michael Hluchaniuk will serve as keynote speaker. Judge Hluchaniuk is the retired Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan with previous legal experience in the Michigan Court of Appeals and played a leading role in drafting and implementing the Eastern District of Michigan’s Model eDiscovery Order.
