Our attorneys represent companies ranging from closely held businesses to multinational organizations in state and federal courts, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings. We handle business tort matters involving:

  • Breach of fiduciary duty
  • Business interference and unfair competition
  • Civil conspiracy
  • Fraud and fraudulent inducement
  • Misappropriation of confidential and proprietary information
  • Misrepresentation and negligent misrepresentation
  • Tortious interference with contracts and business relationships
  • Trade secret misappropriation
  • Unfair and deceptive business practices

Business tort claims often arise alongside contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property disputes. Our attorneys handle matters involving emergency injunctive relief, temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, expedited discovery, and claims for monetary damages.

Whether pursuing claims against a party that has harmed a business or defending against allegations of wrongful conduct, we help clients protect their rights and pursue outcomes that support their objectives. When litigation is necessary, we represent clients throughout the dispute process, from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal.
