Nicholas Marler is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Seattle office, focusing his practice on real estate finance and transactional tax matters. He represents lenders, investors, developers, and businesses in a variety of transactions, including matters related to financing, borrowing, investing, leasing, and related transactions.
Before joining Dickinson Wright, Nicholas gained significant experience at a Big Four accounting firm in its international tax group, where he advised multinational enterprises on matters involving federal and international tax considerations. Nicholas earned an LL.M. with Distinction in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as managing editor of both the Stetson Law Review and the Journal of Aging Law & Policy. He holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Central Florida. He works with clients to provide practical, business-minded guidance on complex real estate finance matters.
