MaryAnn Paquette is a Civil Litigation Paralegal in the Nashville office. She has over ten years of experience working in both state and federal court cases. MaryAnn assists attorneys in all areas of their practice, including tort actions, personal injury, employment law, medical malpractice, and contract law. MaryAnn drafts litigation pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and disclosure statements for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. MaryAnn has experience with large document cases and assists attorneys with e-trial proceedings.

MaryAnn has completed 40 hours of mediation training through the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. MaryAnn also volunteered her mediation services through the Justice Courts and the Attorney General’s Office.

MaryAnn has also mentored students during their internship with the paralegal program at Phoenix College.
