Holly Zoe litigates a range of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, with an emphasis on constitutional litigation, defense of governmental entities, and real property disputes. Ms. Zoe also regularly counsels municipal and private clients outside of the litigation context on topics such as access to public records and zoning. Ms. Zoe is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
