Daniel W. Keller

Associate
Daniel Keller is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Columbus office and a member of the firm’s taxation practice, where he advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of federal, state, and local tax matters. His practice includes tax planning, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, entity restructurings, estate and wealth transfer planning, nonprofit organizations, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Dan represented clients in matters involving business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit formation, commercial real estate transactions, and property tax matters. Dan has earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, further strengthening his knowledge of sophisticated tax planning strategies.
