Presented arguments to the Arizona Supreme Court on behalf of tax lien holders regarding Arizona’s statutory pre-litigation notice requirements to tax lien foreclosure lawsuits and obtained a favorable unanimous decision, vacating the adverse ruling of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
