Ashley Jericho, of counsel in Dickinson Wright’s Troy office, focuses her practice on insolvency, restructuring, and strategic advisory matters. She has more than fifteen years of experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and purchasers of distressed assets in bankruptcy proceedings, adversary proceedings, federal and state court receiverships, and out-of-court workouts. Ashley also provides business counsel to companies navigating financial challenges or seeking to strengthen their operations in non-distressed environments.
Before joining Dickinson Wright, Ashley was a member in the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Department at a major law firm and served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, including with the Hon. Walter Shapero (ret.). She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she was associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, and her B.A. in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College. Ashley has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
