An associate in Dickinson Wright's Phoenix office, Anita Rocha focuses her practice on commercial litigation and class action defense. She represents individuals and businesses of all sizes, from local firms to nationally known insurance companies, handling coverage disputes and class-action matters throughout the United States.
Born in Brazil, Anita lived in Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain before moving to America for college and law school. This international background provides her with a unique perspective in understanding diverse business environments and client needs.
Following law school, Anita served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Angela K. Paton at the Arizona Court of Appeals for two years. She then practiced at a midsize firm, where she assisted in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial.
Anita collaborates closely with clients to develop effective strategies that protect their business interests while minimizing disruption to their operations.
