Allison Dolson focuses her practice on health law and real estate matters. In her health law practice, Allison advises providers, institutions, and organizations on a broad range of transactional, regulatory, and corporate issues. Her experience includes counseling clients on the enforceability of non-compete provisions, HIPAA compliance, telemedicine regulations, and complex healthcare transactions. She regularly assists with physician joint ventures, contract drafting, and navigating federal and state laws such as Stark, Anti-Kickback, EKRA, and the Corporate Practice of Medicine.
In her real estate practice, Allison delivers strategic counsel on corporate real estate transactions and development projects. She works with clients on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and renewable energy initiatives, as well as advising on land use and development matters. Allison received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Community and Global Public Health from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School.
