Wasif Khan Joins Dickinson Wright Chicago Office

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Wasif Khan has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Of Counsel.

Wasif is a corporate lawyer who helps his clients manage the day-to-day transactional and regulatory needs of their business. He works with corporations and individuals within the healthcare, technology, and non-profit sector to handle a variety of matters ranging from routine business agreements, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, contracts, and more. In the healthcare sector, he regularly represents and counsels clients on matters concerning Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse, Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and general regulatory compliance.

Wasif is recognized as a leader in his field by Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars and serves on the Board of Directors of The Urban Muslim Minority Alliance Center. He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Gies College of Business, and his J.D. and LL.M. in Health Care Law from DePaul University College of Law.
