Daniel Waldman and Julia Freedman have authored the Real Estate News EXchange (RENX) article, “Court provides guidance on debt enforcement and jointly-owned property.” In this article, Daniel & Julia discuss a recent case in the Ontario Court of Appeal regarding a joint-owned property where one party owes debt to a third-party creditor.
