Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Julia Thibault has joined the firm’s Denver office as an Associate.
Julia advises national healthcare organizations and other clients on health law matters, with a focus on regulatory compliance, government investigations, risk management, employment, and corporate governance. She brings substantial experience guiding organizations through high-stakes government investigations, operational remediation, financial distress, and organizational transformation. Her practice combines strategic legal counsel, practical business judgment, and operational insight developed through firsthand leadership within a national healthcare organization.
Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Julia served as General Counsel for a national medical technology company, where she advised executive leadership and the board of directors on a diverse portfolio of matters spanning healthcare compliance, billing and reimbursement, federal and state investigations, qui tam and class action litigation, privacy, consumer protection, employment, and financial restructuring. Earlier in her career, she practiced health care law in private practice, counseling healthcare providers, insurers, employers, and other businesses on regulatory, transactional, and operational matters.
Julia was named one of the Top 100 Corporate Counsel by OnCon Icon Awards. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. Julia received her B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Hastings College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
