Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Steve Glista has joined the firm’s Grand Rapids office as Of Counsel.
Steve focuses his practice on real estate transactions, property acquisition, sales and leasing. He also advises clients on commercial contracts and procurement agreements, and working with personal data for targeted advertising. His background includes more than twenty years of experience in optimizing for reliable outcomes over a wide variety of operational scenarios in technology, healthcare, and government. He received his B.S. from the California Institute of Technology and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
