Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorneys Tim Gary and Ralph Levy, Jr. have been named to Nashville Medical News’ 2018 InCharge Healthcare List.
Tim Gary, a nationally recognized healthcare and governmental relations attorney with Dickinson Wright, called upon his legal and operational expertise as a former healthcare executive to launch the full-service healthcare consulting group in conjunction with the law firm in 2015. Mr. Gary’s prior experience includes service as vice president and general counsel for one of the largest management Medicaid entities in the U.S., senior vice president and COO of a national health and wellness company, chair of the healthcare practice for a regional law firm, and a past member of the Nashville Health Care Council Board. He earned his law degree from Samford University and his MBA from Vanderbilt.
Ralph Levy, Jr.’s practice encompasses healthcare law, M&A, corporate governance, and taxation. He has assisted numerous healthcare clients in joint venture agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, contract negotiations, and succession planning. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Middle Tennessee Estate Planning Council. Mr. Levy has twice served as chair of the Nashville Bar Association Tax Committee. The majority of his 35-year career has been spent in private law practice with the exception of a 10-year period when Mr. Levy served as general counsel, executive vice president and secretary for Gambro Healthcare, a national provider of dialysis services.
