Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Michelle Puricelli has joined the firm’s Troy office as Of Counsel.
Ms. Puricelli focuses her practice in real estate law. Among other things, she assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and loan documentation and counsels clients with respect thereto. Ms. Puricelli is a former in-house counsel for The Taubman Company LLC, where she handled various real estate and commercial matters, including assisting the company with the financing of its regional shopping centers, and was an integral member of the company’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act committee.
Ms. Puricelli is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is recognized as a leader by her peers in DBusiness Top Corporate Counsel.
Ms. Puricelli received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
