Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Madeline Fleisher has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.
Ms. Fleisher is an energy and environmental attorney who focuses her practice on assisting clients in the areas of energy regulation and permitting, climate change solutions, water quality, and related policy issues. She previously worked at the Environmental Law & Policy Center, the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and in the environment and natural resources practice of Hogan Lovells. She also clerked for Judge Julio M. Fuentes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Judge Michael A. Ponsor, U.S. District Court of the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Fleisher received her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Environmental Law Review.
