Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Ryan Lett has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.
Ryan focuses his practice on litigation and dispute resolution. He represents clients through all phases of litigation, from negotiations and pleadings to injunction proceedings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. He regularly handles class actions and matters involving competition and consumer protection laws, as well as business disputes related to contracts, securities, real estate, and intellectual property.
In addition to his courtroom work, Ryan advises clients on drafting and structuring contract language to mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance strategic business objectives. He approaches each matter with a practical, business-oriented mindset, helping clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence.
Ryan received his B.A. from DePauw University and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
