Jonathan Redway Quoted in Wired Article on AT&T 5G Claims

Jonathan Redway (Member, Washington DC) was recently quoted in the article “Sprint Sues AT&T, Proving ‘5G’ Is Still Meaningless,” published by Wired.
AT&T was sued last week by Sprint under false advertising claims for its “5G Evolution” brand. Sprint says that the advertising is deceptive by holding out AT&T’s services as more technologically advanced than Sprint’s.
“Whether customers can discern the difference will be the heart of the lawsuit,” Jonathan says. If AT&T loses, it might have to pay Sprint for lost customers and also shell out for an advertising campaign to correct the record.
