Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Flavia Campbell has joined the firm’s Phoenix office.
Flavia focuses her practice primarily in the areas of trademarks and copyrights. She assists clients with the selection, clearance and prosecution of trademarks in the United States and abroad. She also negotiates and drafts license agreements, helps clients with trademark policing efforts and counsels clients on IP validity, infringement and enforcement. She also assists clients with the registration of copyrights and with drafting and negotiating copyright agreements.
Flavia is a member of the International Trademark Association. She is recognized as a leader in her field by the World Trademark Review 1000, Managing IP “IP Stars”, Best Lawyers in America, and Arizona Business Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona. Flavia received her J.D. from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and an LL.M degree from the University of Michigan.
