Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Paul Del Aguila has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Member.
Paul is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience litigating complex commercial and
product liability matters. Over the past 20 years, he has protected the interests of local, regional, national, and international clients in high-stakes disputes throughout the country. He has substantial experience handling temporary and preliminary injunctive motions and hearings and routinely provides pre-dispute counseling and risk management advice to clients in the tech accessory, medical device, automotive, food and beverage, construction, healthcare, and real estate industries.
In addition to his litigation practice, Paul counsels clients on risk management, product safety issues, and regulatory compliance. He is often called in to “parachute” into high-stakes and challenging cases months before trial, as he can quickly and efficiently develop a company story and trial themes while preparing for trial.
Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Chicago, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association. He volunteers with various organizations, including the Equal Justice Works, the National Immigrant Justice Center, and Lawyers for the Creative Arts. Paul received his B.A. from the University of California-Irvine and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
