Attorney Dan Ujczo was recently quoted in the article entitled “NAFTA: As big decisions approach, ministers to attend longer-than-expected round,” published by The Canadian Press.
According to the article, ministers leading the effort to forge a new North American Free Trade Agreement will gather for talks next week as negotiations enter a sensitive political period with big decisions looming.
Mr. Ujczo told The Canadian Press that the best way to keep Trump from invoking the cancellation clause, and steer him toward another path, is to show progress in Montreal. “I don’t think this administration has any intention to withdraw from NAFTA,” Mr. Ujczo said.
