Dan Quick (Member, Troy) and Ariana Pellegrino (Associate, Troy) co-authored “With Non-Competes under Attack, What Role for the Courts?” featured in the State Bar of Michigan’s Litigation Journal, Winter 2018/2019 edition.

As society’s view of non-competes evolves, will the courts’ evolve with it?” writes Mr. Quick and Ms. Pellegrino.
