Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Christopher Hanba has joined the firm’s Austin office as a Member and Joshua Jones has joined as Of Counsel.
Christopher Hanba is a Member in the firm’s Austin office. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property related matters, focusing on patent litigation and counseling. He has extensive litigation experience in the Federal Courts and International Trade Commission, as trial and strategic counsel. He is experienced in matters involving a wide range of technologies including computer security, cellular, semiconductors, microprocessors, mobile devices, biotechnology, medical devices, automotive devices, sensor technology, and software-based medical infrastructure services. Chris received his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
Joshua Jones is Of Counsel in the firm’s Austin office. He is an intellectual property litigator with extensive experience in trademark, copyright, and patent litigation. He has broad experience in all areas of intellectual property litigation including discovery, pretrial preparation, and first chair jury trial experience. Josh has also prosecuted hundreds of trademark registrations while managing the trademark portfolios of large and small companies in a range of fields from health foods to telecommunications and amusement parks. He is a member of the AIPLA Amicus Committee. Josh received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
