Alexis Taitel was interviewed for the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) LawHub podcast, “I Am The Law,” on an episode called “From Clerkship to Private Practice: Research, Writing, and Challenging Assumptions.” In it, she explains what a federal clerkship truly involves and how that experience helped her launch a litigation career in private practice. “I learned . . . and grew so much as a litigator and just in terms of how I think about cases and what I was exposed to, that it ends up benefiting the firm,” she says.
